Things in the Pokémon world which just don't make sense (by pokémon standards)

SILVER XD

Momentai, bro.
I'm talking about this:

Just look at them, they are CLEARLY wooden arms, which I don't know why.

Have you never seen sweaters with stripe stitching in them?

Wooden arms would seriously make no sense in the first place and even less when your base is in a volcano. In real life being that close to volcanic temperatures will burn you and for that reason heat resistant coats and specialized suits are worn. It's much more likely that Magma uniforms are something of that sort than hoodies with wooden arms for no reason.

Alright, after looking at it more closely I can see that it is indeed some clothing.

Gosh darn it, why do I come up with such weird ridiculous nonsensical observations when I look at stuff in Pokémon? I don't know why, it just happens for some reason.

In ORAS, Brendan/May offered to take you back to Mauville to get the gym badge, after the Meteor Falls incident which you needed that badge to get to in the first place.

Actually it was so your RIVAL can get the badge. They clearly say so.

I guess the pokemon beng changed into fairies finally makes sense since,

XY and ORAS take place in another timeline.

They introduced Mega Evolution as an ~ancient concept~ and the Fairy type is the thing that doesn't make sense? o_0

Anyways, I didn't get up to the Delta episode but the remakes have always seemed to be their own universe to me.

There was a fisherman who mentioned that he needs the Sootopolis gym badge to climb a waterfall, and some Ace Trainers near Ever Grande that couldn't get past the waterfall.

I know the rival wanted the badge, but I assumed the game wanted you to go with them because there was that option, just like from Lavaridge to Petalburg. Either way, I had to go all the way back to battle the trainers on the other side of Meteor Falls because I felt obligated to say yes.

Why can the Gastly family learn Sludge Bomb by TM but not Sludge Wave unless it is from the Dreamworld or an event or even Sludge? Dont they all basically have the same concept attacking with some sludge?

Obviously your rival is a cheater...

I thought it was to get you closer to your next goal (not the gym, but the next route).

Here is something I don't get.

The fact that the Pokémon episode The Legend of Dratini got banned.

I mean yeah I know the reason.

But why was that episode banned when there are plenty of American animated shows that have guns and characters messing around with them?

I can give you countless examples.

Plenty of Bugs Bunny shorts where Elmer is trying to shoot Bugs Bunny, several Donald Duck shorts, there was this one episode of DuckTales where someone attempted to shoot Scrooge McDuck and I could go on and on.

I find it very hypocritical to ban that episode for gun abuse when there are a lot of animated shows made in the US that got away with it.

Also, in Here Comes the Squirtle Squad, Team Rocket enter a shop with bazookas.

Anyhow, wait... was the
[spoil]alternate universe[/spoil]
thing in the Delta Episode a major plot twist? I accidentally found it out on Memebase... O_O It's my experience with FMA03 all over again...

Maybe it has something to do with that Mankey and Abra/Kadabra have tails? Not being sarcastic, just a thought.

I don't get how Golurk can learn Fly, though.

It loses it's legs (sucks them up?) and grows a rocket engine. From that episode in the anime where Ash went to make a movie...
