What bothers me more than the father and son theories about those characters is the fact that a lot of long time viewers still think that Satoshi's (Ash's) dad matters despite him only ever being mentioned once in the anime in the second episode. At this point it's apparent that his father will never play a role in the series, so it puzzles me why there are still debates on social media about who Satoshi's father is.

I have no issue with speculating who Ash's father is since we've been with the character for so long it's natural wanting to know some of the things we haven't seen yet. If we take into account the Takeshi Shudo novelizations, Ash's views on his dad could lead to some interesting interactions. Even though the very nature of what Shudo stabilished - and Hidaka kind of confirmed in the interview for PokéBeach where he says they'd only bring Ash's dad if they feel the need to advance/mature his character - means we might not get him at all.

I want the player character to be able to squat as well. Jump, squat... Let it use the body for something besides running.

Was that ever confirmed? I know he was confirmed to be Silver's Father but was it confirmed with Ash?
Speaking of which, am I the only one who suspects Silver and Giovanni's relationship might be retroactive? Like I think in the original gen 2 games, no relation was ever mentioned or hinted at. It was only in FRLG that it was suggested, and the manga picked it up in its FRLG arc (and sure enough, the GSC arc made no hint at Silver being the son of Giovanni), while HGSS specifically said it in an event. I suspect that Silver being Giovanni's son was retroactive and originally, Silver was just a rude stuck up kid who simply looked down on the "weak". And he originally hated Team Rocket due to them being "weak" (as he plainly states after the second battle). Although, the obscure Pokemon Golden Boys manga I think has Team Rocket call Silver a traitor, although it may be unrelated to what Game Freak would later say in FRLG and HGSS.

Well for me it's getting to be quite difficult to understand some of these new hidden abilities. Also Why can't there be more options for online modes?

The Anime/Special's canon know it all.

The fact that you can't challenge the random type specialists in sword and Shield. It would be useful if you could. Especially if you know they have a Pokemon that you want to defeat multiple times to increase shiny odds for later.

The entire ending of the Pokémon musical was really awful and too cheesy that even My Little Pony characters would gag in disgust. It raises so many questions but the biggest of them all is how the heck can a completely soulless and emotionless machine built for pure destruction learn and comprehend the complex subject of love?

Not really. The ways that MLP defeat antagonists have actual explanations given. The whole friendship conquering evil thing is that in the Frendship is Magic setting, friendships is literally magic and that working together to solve problems is better than trying to solve it all alone. The Mewthree robot is literally a pile of metal and a computer. It should not have be capable of being able to understand human emotions or love. It was not built for it and thus broke one of the laws of robotics in that it acted out of its programming.

The bags in Sword and Shield. Seriously I don't like any of them. Hopefully the DLC will release some more similar to the old style.
Well the one I really liked was a pre-order item and not even released to all regions and that is the bag that had the gold studs. I really want that bag! It has a nice sleek design and the gold studs give it some flair without being too flashy.

Okay, I really don't understand why so many overgrown adults are complaining about an app that is literally not meant for them.

The darn trailer for Pokémon Smile explicitly shows and explains the app is designed to help parents get their toddlers to brush their teeth. If you are not a parent with a toddler who's struggling to brush their teeth, you shouldn't be worried about this app.

If I had to guess I think people are just really curious about him since he's a mysterious character and if I remember correctly he was implied to still be alive. So it's weird that he hasn't shown up yet. :[

The new GTS update in Home may stop people from putting up new impossible requests but it hasn’t done anything about the hundreds of them still up. Still seeing more requests for Lv1-10 Poipole than reasonable offers.
That's frustrating about the offers still up. What shows up when people try to put up impossible trades now?

Well, considering Shudo's original plans, it's not that weird. And by the time that was no longer relevant, there was no need to introduce him. Or mention anyone else's parents, for that matter.

Never underestimate the entitlement adult fans of a children's franchise have, thinking the franchise belongs to them. (It's made fun of all the time with Comic Book Guy on The Simpsons, especially when Itchy & Scratchy come up.)

It comes up with an error saying there is an issue with the Pokémon you’re requesting and to change your selection.
Ooh nice. So it's basically a hack check then?
