Things you are mad at that the anime didn’t do/take advantage of

Serena has a decently solid development in her goal and character being more secure of herself, but that was still worse that how much May, Dawn and Lillie progressed in their respective series (but still better than OS Misty, Iris, Lana and Mallow)
tbh, if you were to think about it, they kinda reused a main part of May's development on Dawn but opposite, in being overshadowed by their parents

Os Kasumi is okay but she is just overrate 90s tsundere that wait for Satoshi to see her as the girl .....even other character talk about her about it (Pokemon 2000s even point that out to her )

Well yeah, but we can said the same with May and Serena, both were amateur trainers, not knowing nothing about the world and totally undecided about what they want to do.

OS Misty barely had character development. In fact, post OS Misty was way better in that.

Disagree. I believe Iris had a good amount of development in her goal of becoming a Dragon Master by actively trying to bond with Dragons and challenging multiple Dragon users. Even by the end of the series she is shown to be less arrogant and alert of Dragon's feelings. I can agree Serena received more growth in personality but her goal? Not in the same universe where literally none of her rivals were threats and basically was only there to show how much superior Serena was in Showcases despite literally having nobody to challenge her.

I like Kasumi, but that's a rather poor excuse since there were tons of episodes before that point where she could've gotten more development. That said, for a character without an active goal [compared to Satoshi at least], she did well enough in OS.
I didn't meant like just her and takeshi just tag along whenever Satoshi doing .....her catch clump of water Pokemon is good but it didn't really save her in long run

Honestly I think that Contests are just an upgrade of Showcases so the change in her goal is a good step for me

She should do battle castle or simular or take gym leaders with Satoshi is what Haruka dad wented Haruka to do ....(to be honest i like Sapphire from Pokemon special for that reason) without lose her feelings for Satoshi if anything she understands why Satoshi like battle so much.

Ah here we go again bashing the alola league while overrating the crap out of other leagues
The Sinnoh league is definitely the best league in the anime, there should be no debate about that. It perfectly showed Ash growth from OS till now, him using reserves was an excellent idea, and no they didnt overshadow the rest of the team
Gible did well against Conway and Tobias
and the rest of the sinnoh team was used in the battle against Paul, still the most satisfying storyline Pokemon has done
For my second spot its Johto and Alola tied. Johto is the only league where Ash's loss made sense and wasnt poorly written plus i loved how it was more than just elmination. Ash vs Gary is a poor rivalry but the battle between them was good and even if it was last moment, the rivalry concluded greatly.
As for Alola im tired of people calling it crap because it had no entry requirements and no 6v6 battles. First of all Ash vs Kukui is part of the alola league, its part of the league arc and so i consider it when talking about the alola league. Considering it was the first league no entry requirements makes perfect sense, especially regarding kukui's goal with the league. Plus the battle royale weeded out weak trainers anyway. The emphasis on the league itself, where EVERY battle was shown and 18 freaking episodes were dedicated to fully show it, i love that so much. It felt respectful to the league, giving the arc the proper focus it needs. Unlike the blatant disrespect of Unova and Kalos where in the former they give ash such a bs defeat and then continue on with arcs making the unova league look like another Don George tournament while the Kalos league rushes all the battles to give the TF arc the climax of the story. The character driven story of the alola league is something i admire very much, it wasnt just ash, it had character development for so many other characters. The Guzma storyline was done amazingly imo, yes its different from the games, and considering the lore, it made perfect sense for me. Alola was a region Ash deserved to win the league in, it was more important of a region to Ash and he fully embraced and learned about its cultures, traditions, becoming truly one with alola. There were so many good battles like Ash vs gladion, ash vs guzma, kiawe vs gladion, guzma vs lana, guzma vs ilima, acerola vs kiawe, kiawe vs sophocles. The TR battle was the only battle i heavily disliked. Ash vs Hau doesnt bother me as much. And then ash vs kukui, that episode had 4 episodes, the amount of episodes every league 6v6 has had, and it was one hell of a battle perfectly tying together storylines from the first episode. Ash deserved to win this league, idk how that can be questioned.
3rd place would be Kalos simply coz the two battles were amazing. Storywise it was bad, they rushed the hell out of it and it deserved better, but the battles alone make me like it more than hoenn unova kanto. I dislike the latter three and ive stated reasons why multiple times already. Ash vs stephan definitely makes unova above kanto though in my eyes.

When did i say everyone agreed? Its impossible for everyone to agree on one topic lmao
You sound like that you went say sinnoh league is best but it dang on too much about shinji and Satoshi's rivalry and too much about fire monkey boy and not enough on most of his dp,team
There is should be some criticised for dppt ...so stopped think that everyone think that be all end all and i was dppt fanboy but it is far from perfect and i am telling you people that day of everything is so perfect

Stopping about what? thinking than the Alola League is good or thinking that it isn't better than Unova/Kanto?

Mean the first one can be debatable, the second one is a fact, just the Exhibition Match is better than both Unova and Kanto, and the Alola League has another 13 episodes

I also thought that Iris's development as a Dragon Master in-training was more noteworthy than Serena's development as a TryPokaron performer. I don't mind open-ended goals, and I thought that Iris had one of the more interesting ones. I would've changed a few things though, such as having her interact with more Dragon-type specialists.

Same but i would not used her character that way she did in Best wishes but her into from the games show her to be friendly toward mc ....i would do same here for her anime counterpart to be more friendly and forgivable toward Satoshi
