This has me a bit worried

Please don't start arguing or flaming me for this,I know some people have asked this but I even searched for my answer and couldn't find it.

It has been a couple of days(like 15 days I think) and I haven't had TV Announcements like the Blend Master,Lilycove Department Store Clear Outs,and outbreaks.

Is this normal? It has me a little worried.

It's been two months since I've had one. I think it might be on at certain times of day. So I might be missing it because I get up just before lunch.

This happened to me in ruby. Actually, I think my Ruby's rigged. I can't even see a pikachu in the safari zone and there hasn't been a single commercial since I beat the Elite 4, which was 3 months ago. Bizarre, huh?

It''s normal. Go to the poke league and some time later the announcements will show up again

Yeah, right, I've fought the Elite 4 3 times already... My Emerald, on the other hand, had a commercial for the Pokeblock master as soon as I left and entered my house in Littleroot...

Yeah, this long stretch without TV adds or announcements is quite common. It's been a long time since I've had one, and I'm not too worried at all. To get adds and programs, mix records with a friend. You will get many shows about them and their accomplishments, but there won't be any Department Store clearout sales or Energy Guru sales. To get those, you most likely just have to be patient. Those will come in time, altough I don't play as much as before and usually miss the sales. So just wait and make sure you play every day.

other things to do that may work include interviews after going through battle tower and going to the name rater to give a pokemon a new name. defeating the elite 4 over again is also good too.

walk around in the game more (try breeding to pass the time). I think you get a better chance of tv commercials for the steps you take.

yeah, that, and if you beat the league, more commercials appear. I didn't battle the league for two weeks and no commercials, I battle the league 6x one day to attempt to train something to lvl 100 and the next day I see two.

I was worried about this on emerald also. But, just 3 days ago I finally got a message telling me about the energy guru. So i swapped records with ruby to put him there too. After he was done, I got another for the blend master.

Here's something cool, If you have enough berries, did you know you can save next to the blend master and he'll remain there as long as you don't leave the building. That way you can blend and raise Beauty/etc.. til your heart's content. when you have your team set for the contests, you can then leave the building and wait for the next event.

Battle the Elite Four a few more times and you should be able to get more commercials.

As said just beat the elite 4 a couple of times, and be patient. Check a TV every day. If one of your friends gets an event, mix records with them.

P.S. I have a question: You know how events transfer over when you mix records? Well what happens if you get the blend master on emerald and then mix records with a ruby or sapphire? Will that work, considering emerald exclusive outbreaks do transfer over.

na, I think that because its a new game (emerald) it has been programmed to get ru/saph events but ru/saph doesn't get emerald ones due to it not being programmed to support this feature
