I couldn't find the answer anywhere. :/ Maybe I'm just being a tard... But I DID search the forums. If there IS an obvious answer for it somewhere, go ahead and lock my thread.

There's a cave underwater near route 121 or somewhere close, I think. It has all these boulders and stuff and tons of zubat and rarely golbat, but nothing else. I also found, in the pit of the cave, a place sort of like Kyogre's home (but it's NOT), but bigger. What is this place for? I couldn't find a thing in there.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and this was on my Sapphire version if that means anything.

That's not on Route 121. And they mean boulders for using Strength on.

It's the Seafloor Cavern. You should've been there at least once. It's where you find Kyogre under Archie's power.

Yeah, its kind of Team Aqua's base, you see Kyogre there but not able to catch him in there.
