this place needs a forum for romhacks and tools.users would not beable to download roms but ips patches.if you guys make a romhacking forum,i'll be glad to be a moderater of it.i used to help people with hacking questions on the pokecommunity forums.

Not only can you not ask for roms to d/l but no talk is permitted about them at all. Therefore it'd be impossible to have that section without breaking that rule. Oh and you can't be a mod since you asked (volunteering counts XP).
