Akiss the admin of that site has stolen from several sites.

But I came here to tell you guys that they've stolen at least three PotW guides and probably other guides.

You can see they copy forums and descriptions too. And they steal images as well.

Not only do they claim the stolen material as their own but if they're confronted they'll accuse other sites of hacking theirs. Saying that the content was in fact stole from them.

I think the Game Mechanic guide's are either completely stolen, or very similiar to the point that it's obvious of their origins. I had check it out. The EV guide is re-worded. The DV guide is completely stolen, I believe. Im sure the other's are too, but I didnt go through every one of them. I figured one stolen item would be enough to warrant posting here anyway. What you think.

No. We have documented dozens of cases of Giancarloparimango11 stealing from us. Just because I was late with one thing does not mean he all of a sudden doesn't do it

No offence is intended in this post, but do you have any proof? How can someone steal something before it is released?
Also, at this very moment, Pokebeach has a lot of new info that the main Serebii page does not. If Serebii hasn't posted it yet, wouldn't that make it stealing?

A new Play-Doh toy set will be released on October 30th in Japan in commemoration of Black and White; the product features pieces of Pokemon Play-Doh that you assemble to make several Pokemon, including Pikachu, Zorua, Tsutaaja, Pokabu, Mijumaru, and Mamepato. However, its product listing also mentions two unknown Pokemon: Onokkusu (オノックス) and Burokko (ブロッコ). Since the product listing is official, these will be two new Pokemon. Onokkusu's name is very similar to Ononokusu (オノノクス) revealed on Oha Suta several weeks ago (the gold-gray-red dragon-ish Pokemon), so it is probably its pre-evolution.

Taking this news further, rumors posted on 2ch recently mentioned this Play-Doh set and its revelation of two new Pokemon. Since this news has now been confirmed by an official Amazon listing, perhaps the other set of rumors that were posted along with it are true as well. The rumors state the types of the last few Pokemon in the Isshu PokeDex, the types of some of the Pokemon in the National PokeDex, as well as descriptions of a few new Pokemon that we have yet to see. The rumors are posted below and translated by Gin (previously known as Heerosferret). Remember, none of this is confirmed.

Tomorrow morning in Japan (or this afternoon in American time), a new triple-battle will be shown on Oha Suta. The battle may contain even more new Pokemon or reveal some new information, so I'll get up bright and early to record it and post it. Check back later!

I'm not saying he stole the news of today. He has stolen countless other things from me, Filb, Pokebeach and more. This is why he has been suspended on Youtube twice. I'm talking complete rips, not just reposting the same info

Also, that info on Pokebeach is all rumour posted on 2ch from varying sources with no evidence to back it up. That is why I haven't posted it. I don't post rumours because 99 times out of 100, they turn out fake.

To be honest, Serebii is right there. A lot of information that can be posted, or has been posted (for example, the Delibird and Farfetch'd evos we saw a while back), turn out fake.

Another thing, it's not really stealing if the information has previously been leaked. But I do believe if someone has hard proof of someone stealing (in some cases, GCPM11), they can be punished. there are plenty of sites that gain the information, but you can't pin one out of say for example Pokébeach, Serebii, and Filb that one got to it first and therefore the other two are stealing. It doesn't make sense. But like I said, hard evidence of stealing, then there can be punishment.
