Manectric makes your team sad seeing it can basically take out half your team. You have no Sp. Wall.

Also, when making EV spreads for a pokemon, unless you're maxing a stat, you should always give a pokemon a Nature that favours its highest stat, seeing it'll raise it by a larger percentage than it would raise another stat, you'll have spare EVs to put somewhere else.

Imagine you want Slowbro to have 310 Defence and a Calm Nature, here is an example for a spread:

Trait: Oblivious
EVs: 148 HP / 216 Def / 80 SAtk / 64 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)

This spread will give you 368 HP, 310 Defence, 256 Sp. Attack and 233 Sp. Defence

Now if you give him a Bold Nature and keep the same Defence (310), here is the spread:

Trait: Oblivious
EVs: 148 HP / 104 Def / 80 SAtk / 176 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

This gives you 368 HP, 310 Defence, 256 Sp. Attack and 240 Sp. Defence, which is 7 points higher than if you used Calm

Hope you understood this, by using the same number of EVs (510), you got better stats.
