I figure if MS+Roar works for zappy, why shouldn't screech+roar work for this?

I never liked the idea of Zapdos without Rest, but you have Wish support, so ok I guess.

Even though it won't be able to use Pain Split that effectively, I still prefer max HP on this, since that will allow it to wall physical attacks better, due to having a higher base Def than base HP.

I never really liked this due to the fact that it lacks attack power; I mean, it gets walled even by Milotic. =/
Anyway, give it a bit more HP so that Double-Edge recoil won't hurt that much after hitting something like Blissey/other Laxen/etc.

Yeah, but Steelix is too slow to really take advantage of Screech, like Zapdos can take advantage of Metal Sound. Toxic would probably be a better option for hitting Milotic/Swampert/Claydol/etc. on the switch. Also max HP on this too, please.

Well, you can give Snorlax Shadow Ball over EQ if Gengar causes problems; spikes will hurt Tyranitar/Metagross/Steelix and other stuff that you'd EQ with Snorlax anyway.
Also, be sure to keep Zapdos alive, because the rest of your team is completely walled by Milotic.

Thanks to everyone who replied...

I've made most of the changes you suggested, but for the ttar problem, I'm thinking swampert might fit in well on this team, though I'm not sure over what, probably Jirachi (though then I lose wish so that sucks).

About Screech on Steelix, it doesn't just work with its own moves. I often use it to deal extra heavy damage with DD.
