Hi, Uhm, Im kind of new, and i dont know some information about the um.. Shoddy tiers? Smogon tiers? sorry i cant rememember what its called, I was just wondering, if you have pokemon from a lower tier, could you use them in an over used tier? Like, lets see i have a butterfree, which im pretty sure is in the NeverUsed tier, could i use that in an OU tournament or battles or whatever? And could you please tell me if this team qualifies for an OU battle?
