Time between different Contests

We know that contests are not like gym battles, they can only be held in a certain place and a certain time. And that the same announcer and judges (with the exception of Nurse Joy who is the local one) is in each one so they have to get around to all of these different contests. So often in terms of time are contests held?

Do you mean how often are contest's held ? well i'de say every few weeks mainly due to the fact that trainers can get there in time for to compete i guess, but then again it could be a daily thing ( most unlikly but still ). i hope this was answering you question ^ - ^

Hasn't it said each contest as each location is one a year? I believe in the anime they have mentioned several times that each contest was yearly meaning there must be hundreds of halls all around Hoenn, and May sees like a small percentage of them.

No, its been comfirmed they are the same one each time.

So Vivan and Lillian and thre rest are the same one each time.
