for anyone who knows, how long has it been since Cinnabar erupted to the present [the time it currently is in the story]? i need to know because i'm using that information in a fan'fic i'm developing.

When you say current story, which story? Izit R/S, FR/LG or BF? Also, i don't recall the volcano erupting in the Manga, though i may be wrong.

the time in the most current issue of the manga, i'm guessing that's Battle Frontier but i could be wrong

Okay people. The cinnabar eruption is when you refers the time when Mewtwo got freed.

1996 - Red/Blue/Green arc.
1998 - Yellow arc.
1999/2000 - Gold/Silver/Crystal arc.
2002 - Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald arc.
2003 - Firered/Leafgreen/Emerald arc.
