guys im almost on the elite four jus need advice on wer to train my pokemon thanx

Train in One Island, fighting the Blackbelts near Ember Spa.

One island would be the best choice...

Also try Berry Forest on Three Island for training Fire and Flying types. That's where my Butterfree got most of his EXP.

on seven island just before you get to the ruins there will be two cool trainers with strong pokemon and if your poemon get hurt there is a house right next to them in there you will find the chansey dance guy (doing the chansey dance will fully restore your pokemon)

Off pokemon in the Viridian forest. Just kidding. Yeah, face the fighters on one island. After you defeat the ones who wanted to battle you just run into the spa and heal your pokemon. When you come back out your Vs Seeker should be fully charged.

Haunters/Gastlys can be trained really easily in Diglett's caves as the Digletts and Dugtrios have no attack that can hurt a ghost. ^_^ ;093;

na listen wat u hav 2 do is beat the elite 4 after doing dat hav 60 pokemon in ur pokedex and u kno whow to get the ruby and spaphire stione in the game right? if u dnt ask and at this point if u aint done the elite 4 u cant breed
