Or do you mean the user bars? Check the Newbie FAQ at the top of this forum that this thread is in to learn more about them. You are probably too new to have the forum give you one...or something. Wait a few minutes for the system to actually "register" you, and you will get one.

The first link will answer all your questions about the "user bars." But seriously, you need to wait a few minutes before yours shows up! You're too new and the system has not "registered" you yet. Just wait a while, and it should show up.
