Where is tm44 Rest on route 9 because i cant find it

And if it was on the ss anne its serebii's fault that is dont have it because it says route 9

Rest is on the S.S. Anne. I think it is in one of the rooms but I haven't found it for a while.

Serebii.net isn't always right, you know. My Nintendo guide, with maps, says Rest is on the SS. Anne. It's on the basement floor, second room from the left. Try it, and you'll see.

Thats very nice but the SS anne is gone:|if restarted my game and i am now at fuschia

I think (might be wrong, so don't take my word for it) that both are right. Rest is on the S.S. Anne, but if you don't get it before it leaves, it relocates to Route 9. But if you can't find it there, I don't know what to tell at the moment.
