I need to know where you can find Shadow Ball and if you can get areas for ice or dragon types befor you get to Rayquaza

Shadow Ball can be found in Desert Region and Southern Cavern, but I've never been to either (nor do I even have them) and I have Shadow Ball. Explicitly remember picking it up in a dungeon, too.

And I don't think any Ice and Dragon Friend Areas are availible until after you finish the main story... I could be wrong, though, but places like Frigid Cavern, Ice Floe Beach, Mystic Lake, and Dragon Cave all come after you beat Rayquaza. Except Dragon Cave. That's a Friends Area you get randomly as a reward for completing a mission, like with Blue Sky Plains.
