I don't have the patience to train a pokemon for the sake of training it, at least not for that long. I just use my Action Replay-ed Colosseum to bring my Pokemon to whatever level I need. I don't abuse that, however, and I will do the same service for my friends (just as long as it's not too many pokemon; I do have a limit on candies, even if it is really high).
Of course, real training would involve effort values. That's what I'm really not patient at doing. It takes a long time to get the appropriate effort values even with the Macho Brace. If I were to train something for serious battling, I would get the effort values filled as high as they can go in my specific design. Not one of my pokemon has been customized in this way because I'm not patient enough. :)

In game I train until at least one pokemon is one level higher than the Gym Leader's Strongest and the same for the Elite Four. After I mop the floor with them I train to lvl 100.

I only train the pokémon I'm using in the Forntier to level 50.
All others stay at the level they are when they're fully evolved or when they won't learn more moves for breeding purposes.

I'm trying to trade up pokemon that are strong up to Lv100. Currently most are around Lv60. All (except some Legendaries) started at lv5

I train to lv 60 because they have learnt most of there attacks by then and are fairly strong.Training to lv 100 is just to long.

Back I guess??
I try my best to level 100! I don´t like to have pokémon in level 50 or 60, they aren´t enough for me.

Lv.100, thats when you feel the pokemons real power.

I always train my pokemon to level 100, i do this by fighting only with the pokemon im training until its level 100, to me no other exsists until the one im training is level 100. Yes this does take some time, but the stratagie works for me.

Level 100, for I like Open Level in Battle Frontier.

Blissey-filled Secret Bases make it easy. :D

I usually train my pokemon to no certain level, but usually to 65 or 70 when trying to defeat the Elite Four. ;P
