Ariel Ace

It wouldn't be my personal preference. I would max out the EVs in the defenses and put stalling moves in it like Toxic. Aerial Ace is good for the STAB but I've never seen anyone use Togetic as a sweeper.

Do you understand anything I just said? If you don't play competively, your Togetic would be fine to use.

Thunder Wave

Use Flamethrower and Psychic with Serene Grace. Use Magical Leaf/Shock Wave because they always hit. Modest nature raises Sp. Attack and lowers Attack.

Sorry for the mistake Ezra7 ^.^ I was in the wrong for assuming you're a noob.

Yes, Shock Wave should be on there to cover Ice/Water types.

I forgot Togetic had Serene Grace, so if you want to pull a Dunsparce you could put a King's Rock on it and teach it Headbutt for constant flinching and combined with Toxic it would be pretty good.
