This was a set I thought would be a fun idea for a Togetic since it does have some ok Sp.Atk

I mean, I liked Togetic a bit, and it can take some special hits and all and well the Serene Grace gives it a better chance a Psychic and Flamethrowers second effect.

Water pulse is also a decent alternative to magical leaf and it gets a higher chance of confusion with serene grace. id go for thunderwave though for speed and support reasons.

Never, the Sunny Day thing would never work on it well since it has very low speed and doesn't get the Clorophyl thing that slow grass types have

It would be able to do more damage with flamethrower plus its serene grace. Not to mention you can power up solarbeam in one turn.

Theres not much point in sunnybeaming with togetic imo because;
It doesnt gain stab either way
its speed isnt boosted and it isnt weak to water (which sunny day halves the power of)
Solarbeam has no extra effect with serene grace

Not a good idea imo
