Togetic - sick of waiting

Well I've snagged & purified 47 of the little guys, & I just need Togetic to finish the game & get Celebi from the Colosseum bonus disc. I've been playing for about 2 hours now since purifying Shuckle &.... nothing. Well I have received 2 emails, & obviously being that it's the Japanese version I'm playing I don't understand what they say but I know from memory that I have to wait for an email with a picture of me in it.

All the guides I've read say that it will just happen, BUT WHEN???

Just keep moving around from place to place battling trainers who battle you again and talking to people, the email will arrive soon enoug then head off to outskirt stand!

Ok, I did it. Only one guide that I found on Gamefaqs actually told me to talk to the guy running around the fountain in Phenac. After that the rest all came together. I dunno if Serebii wants to add it to the guide, but after 3-4 hours, it was that event that triggered the other emails & the battle.

IIRC, the same thing happened to me, so that's most likely the even that sets off Fake Hero Fein's appearance.

Let me list the steps to the best of my recollection.

1. Snag all the Shadow Pokémon except Togetic. This includes Shuckle and the Johto starters.

2. Go to Phenac City (?) You should recieve an e-mail regarding Dash's being attacked by the Shadow Togetic.

3. Talk to Dash in Phenac, then go anywhere on the map. You'll get another e-mail, this one containing a picture of 'you' attacking Dash.

4. Travel to another location. You'll recieve yet another e-mail, telling you to watch TV. Do so.

5. Travel to the Outskirt Stand. Another e-mail tells you to once again watch TV. Go inside the Stand and do so.

6. Step outside. You will find Fein, disguised as you, just after he wiped out Willie. Battle him and Snag Togetic.

I apologize if there are any errors. I haven't done this in a while, but I'm fairly confident in it.
