Tony hawk vs Skate??

i prefer tony hawk due to skate being far to realistic for its own good and just plain booring

Never played Skate, but I'm not a fan of simulation style games so I will go with the older entries of the Tony Hawk Series (mostly THPS 3 and 4, though Underground 2 was pretty decent) the latest title of Tony Hawk have sucked however, so I would assume Skate is better than those.

Tony Hawk though. I never could get into skate too much, so I never went and got the sequels. Tony Hawk however was just too much ****in' fun.

The only skating game I played was a Tony Hawk on my brother's N64 when I was like 5. 'Twas awesome.

I hardly remember anything about the Tony Hawk Pro Skater games. I was young and couldn't even play them properly. I really sucked at doing tricks and grinds and anything really. There is one key thing in that game I remember though. Something that guaranteed that I had fun no matter how much I sucked.

Creating a stage with a crap-ton of spikes in Park Editor.

...That kind of stuff sticks with you for the rest of your life.
