My list:

1. Scizor VS HERACROSS episode
2. First battle against Psychic Sabrina
3. Orange league = VS DRAKE 2
4.Orange league = vs DRAKE 1
5. Indigo pokemon league VS Jeanette fisher
6. Indigo pokemon league VS Mandy
7. Indigo Pokemon league VS arcanine = Fire and Ice
8. Second battle against sabrina = haunter vs kadabra
9. FIRST battle against Blane
10. Shinji VS Cynthia

Uhh, its soooo hard to remember them, the3 ones I stated above probably arent even my top faves, but thats all I could think of.

A Better Pill to Swallow - Drugs, Shucks and Brock & Ol ….d man.

Claydol Big and Tall - the enchanting tale of eggplant suits, Wobbuffet fan service and giant stone balls.

The Wayward Wobbuffet - Wobbuffet vs. Life and a Russian criminal - Truly the battle to end all battles.

Like it or Lup it - The story of a borderline insane Golduck, illegal immigrants and their trials in a fake courtroom.

Chanelling the Battle Zone - How Combusken proved to the world that Chickens are the coolest animals to ever walk mother earth or any of it’s relatives.

Ash Catches a Pokémon - Capture! Carrots/Peppers/Bugs! Another Capture! Battle! Misty slaps Ash! Ekans, go get your dinner!

Whiscash and Ash - The pre-Muku.BIRD days, where the deities were Pegasus-like in appearence and enjoyed fishing rather than screaming their own name, while their possessed sheep minions punched saucy water-dwellers in the throat.

A Shroomish Skirmish - Everyone loves Corphish and everyone loves street brawls. Or rather, enclosed canyon brawls.

Go West, Young Meowth - Bias aside, probably a top contender for best episode of the entire series.

Dues and Don’ts - The 3 Children that Santa Forgot.

Harley Rides Again - Would be Harlicious in every sense of the word, if 'Halicious' were a real word. 'Harley f***in' angry!!'

1. Whiscash and Ash (This one's got everything. Top-notch humor, great animation, false gods, EVERYTHING!)
2. Channeling the Battle Zone (Best contest battle period.)
3. For Ho-oh the Bells Toll (Wait...Johto can do episodes like this? A fantastic episode that combines mystery, DRAMA, old characters, a game connection, and my username.)
4. Tactics Theatrics ("FIRU! WATERU! FUSION!")
5. Mutiny in the Bounty (The introduction of, without a doubt, the most heartless villain this series has seen. For introducing some real villainy and having some intense scenes to boot, it wins.)
6. The Wayward Wobbuffet (Too lazy to think of a reason, especially when the jerk above me stole half my list and thought of better reasons, anyways.)
7. Island of the Giant Pokemon (For my safety, I had to include a Kanto episode to repel the nostalgist crowd. They're like hippies. You have to beat and taze them and occasionally break out the tear gas.)
8. Battling the Enemy Within (I like pie. Good enough reason?)
9. Claydol, Big and Tall (See "The Wayward Wobbuffet")
10. Harley Rides Again ("Once Zenigame's dead, I know a place where we can bury the body.")
