pokemon can't learn two Moves unless you did it with the Move Deleter also a Good psychic (Note Its a Legendary so if you don't like Legendaries Don't Use it) Latias or Latios.

Latios has better SAtk, Latias has better SDef.

The only way to get Soul Dew is to capture Latios or Latias on Southern Island using the Eon Ticket.

Don't mislead the lad/lassie. Latios only learns Dragon Claw by TM. You must be thinking of Dragonbreath.
