So, let me get this straight. You consider Satoshi to be stupid because he allowed his Pijyotto to stay behind and guard the Poppo and Pigeon that were in desperate need of protection, allowed Lizardon to stay in a place where they both knew it could become stronger than it ever could have become if he'd remained on Satoshi's team, allowed Zenigame to return to the Zenigame-gundan when it was blatantly obvious that they needed their leader back, captured an Aipom, and stored his Jukain at Ookido-hakase's lab.
Once again, it's become blatantly obvious that you just want to be Satoshi, and you're just royally ticked off that he's not doing the things you want him to do. Satoshi's primary concern is to understand his Pokémon's needs, and if they have somewhere else where they're needed, then so be it. Your concern is for Satoshi to become a totally unlikeable jerk by asserting his dominance over his Pokémon and making them do whatever he wants them to, because that's what you'd do if you were in his place, which is where you so yearn to be. Since the Pokémon in the video games are just soulless pieces of code, you have no problem pushing them around, but that's not enough - you want to REALLY be in complete command. You want Pokémon to be real so you can enslave them and become a tyrannical, arrogant jerk whose every word is law. Since you can't actually do that, you just live out your demented fantasies through Satoshi's behavior, but he's not like you at all. Thus, you get angry at him and call him stupid, just because he doesn't do what you want.
The sad thing is, Satoshi's only animated, yet he's more human than you'll ever be.
