Tourament Pokemon

Hey can anybody tell me what moves I should teach these Pokemon for one of the touraments in The Journy Across America. my pokemon are raichu pidgeot venasuar charizard blastoise and nidoqueen . the battles will be double battles.

apparently you are new, the place to post about team and team helps are here http://www.serebiiforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=118 but they wont help you if you dont post your current moveset at the least
