tower/silph higher than level one?

This involves cheating I think. But has anyone used the ghost cheat and gotten above level one on either of these? If yes, whats there?

I assume that there's no warp tile, thus no "second floor" -- or not one that's easily accessible, anyway.

Chances are that it will just crash the game. If you aren't meant to go somewhere by normal means, usually there is nothing programmed there, so you just walk into nothingness and crash the game.
