Toxic or Ice Beam

Thanks to my stupidity, I forgot to place aromatherapy on my bliss and I already have one with flawless def/spd. So I'm deciding on my final move, toxic or ice beam

- The ability is scene grace btw, not planning on changing it

ice beam would work better with its ability though, so it has a 20% chance of freezing.

^Aldred, most Blisseys have Natural Cure, not Serene Grace

Without Ice Beam, Gengar and other Ghosts screw Blissey over. Toxic is good against ubers, but in the end, Ice Beam > Toxic.
