TP's special rev compatability pure speculation

Nintendo has dismissed claims that long awaited GameCube title The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess will be playable on the Revolution using the new "freestyle" controller.

NGC magazine was responsible for starting the rumours with an article which read: "Twilight Princess will be playable on the forthcoming Revolution using the upcoming console's unique controller."

"When you insert the disc into your Revolution, you'll be given the option to use the Revolution's controller, with all the advantages this will bring."

But Nintendo has now told our sister site, Eurogamer, that this is not the case.

"The article in the January edition of NGC Magazine is pure speculation," the company said.

"Nintendo have made no new announcements regarding The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. We can however confirm that the game is still in development and that it will launch on Nintendo GameCube in 2006."

Yeah, just like how Nintendo tells everyone that D/P are merely a rumor?

I'm still believing that they are going to do Revolution stuff with it, as it was said months ago, when someone first posted that info here. :/

Supposedly, nintendo has denied the article which was in the NGC magazine, althought I heard that a similar thing was published in Nintendo Power. I have never heard that nintendo said DP was a rumor, but I am extremly forgetful at times so it is probably just me.

Anyway, if nintendo is telling the trith and this is not the reason for the delay then the game will be even longer and great. I cant wait until April.
