I'd like to know if I can trade the starters [E] to another Emerald game on the beggining of the game.. [On the first P.C, lol.]
This way I can obtain all starters :)

PS: The other emerald game have the national dex.

As long as you are trading R/S/E starters, you should be able to. I believe only non-Hoenn Pokemon are untradeable at the beginning.
