As for your freezing problem. I've heard that those kind of glitched Pokemon can be got rid of by doing a infrared trade. The problem with that is that you would be giving it to someone else.

try putting it on the GTS and request a lvl 9 and under Reshiram/Zekrom so it will just rot in cyberspace. Of course, this means you cant use the GTS, but its better then not being able to use the game

Unfortunately I can't put it on the GTS - it has a "special ribbon" which makes the traders claim that he originally got it from there even more dubious!

So I was traded a shiny Druddigon by somebody named Ethan (same name as me) and it was shiny, but I didn't feel it was real, and wanted to get rid of it. The guy on the forum (aj2886) was looking for a shiny Druddigon, so I then traded it with him, and then he started saying I'm a scammer??? Idk how I am a scammer if I just traded him what he wanted that I did not. I hope we can all over look this, as I don't know why I am in trouble. Sorry for the inconvenience, and, if possible, you can just trade back to my game, and we can forget this misunderstanding.

I would like to point out that MOGARFU offered the Druddigon himself (the post is still the most recent on the Druddigon thread) for the seemingly good price of an evolutionary stone so its little wonder I wanted to trade for it.
Anyway, I digress, I've been in touch with MOGARFU and he says he is willing to do a tradeback but has got to go to school now so hopefully he'll do it later today.

Just saying, it's against the forum rules to offer hacked Pokémon, which you did. So you still get an infraction for that.

And offering means telling someone that you'd like to trade it, just in case you don't know its definition.

I do not think it should be put in this way , I mean I have involved in some sort of situation like that and we ended up having a headache and quite frankly I was lazy enough and did not actually read the rules ( Well most of people involve in trading do not and some of them offer services like cloning and stuff you see ? )

Like I said in my initial post, it being a hack isn't a problem to me, I was happy to just release it - the problem is that it freezes my game whenever I try to select it in my PC, so I cant get rid of it. That is why I want to do the tradeback - which still hasn't happened by the way, Mogarfu is yet to let me know when he's free to trade.

I have not used that as an excuse ,I was not sure about the legitimacy of what I was giving ,and I admitted and corrected my fault so no biggie toward my issue any more. As for what happens in real life I know how to handle things like any citizen
Plus 99% of Trading Shops break the rules.

First of all, MOGARFU has agreed to do a trade back, just be patient with him. If it drags out too long then more steps will be taken to push the process along.

Secondly, the rules are pretty straightforward and shouldn't require any conversation. If you aren't blacklisting someone, or aren't involved in the current case, please don't post. In the end we make the final decisions, and it's hard to tell who's involved when we have to scroll through multiple posts about semi-relevant information.

Uh yeah, people, you really shouldn't just trade Pokemon that aren't yours without permission. There are redistributable rights in existence for a reason. If that other Ethan person that you (MOGARFU) traded with did not state any rights to that Pokemon, be it hacked or not, that means you should ask that person for redis rights, otherwise you may as well don't trade it.

Hmm, what I really want to know if that Druddigon was hacked or not. Is it still in your possession, aj2886? What's odd about the Druddigon that you can make out? Possibly provide screen shots of its data? I mean hey, the Druddigon might be perfectly fine at the end, which would be awesome!

This issue has already been taken care of.
The Druddigon has been destroyed.
His friend received it and started a new game.
Problem solved.

As for MOGARFU... IDK.
He still hasn't logged on since his last post.

Problem: Traded with me 3 Shiny Pokemon that I believe are hacked. They were all caught in the same route, and what's the possibility of that? Almost impossible. I asked him for a tradeback and he said I was an idiot and a tattletale. He also said he'll never trade back with me because he says his pokemon are legit. He claims he caught them himself, but the OT says it was a female. His supplyer, I presume. I hope you guys take action and thank you.

Rufflet, Excavalier and Gligar. Route 11. They're native on that route, I know, but he won't trade back my pokemon. Even if they are legit, he should trade back. He says he will only trade back if I find evidence that the Pokemon are hacked. If he believes his Pokemon are legit, he wouldn't need me to find proof.
