More details are needed than that. Like what was the trade that was supposed to happen? In this case a screenshot of the PMs would be alot of help.

That kind of PM link won't work for anyone but you. You'll have to make a screenshot of it and then post it here.

Your PrntScr button must be disabled. Another option is a program called Gyazo. It's free to download and easy to navigate.

most pics from a phone of a computer screen are blurry and useless, plus he would require multiple pics to cover the whole conversation, best thing to do is like Gad said just hit the "Report" button on the Pm page... Unless of course he cant find that either..

What happened:

I received a PM based on what was in my shop. He asked for one of my DW Torchics offering to trade two for one- Shiny Dragonite and Shiny Flawless Zorua. Being in the middle of typing a report I didn't consider it suspicious, some people value the DW Torchics more than others after all. I did ask for a Pokecheck, though through my laziness I didn't find it suspicious when he only typed what it said instead of providing a link.

I'm blaming myself for allowing the trade, but the actual trading of hacks which he claimed to have bred himself is my focus in this post.

Once the trade was complete I ignored the pokemon as I typed some more. After deciding to call if a night as far as work goes, and playing some pokemon, I noticed a clear cut flaw in both pokemon.

I believe this to be open and shut- Both the Dragonite and the Zorua have the Premier Ribbon. Anyone with half a history in trading should know that this isn't possible for a laundry list of reasons.

END RESULT-
It was a cloned trade so I did not lose anything, but the blatant hacks given to me are too awful for me to simply release the pokemon and pretend nothing happened.

well im not sure if this helps but after you make the trade the other way to know if it's hacked is to check the moveset and compare it with the info on serebii or bulbapedia sometimes if its hacked there may be a move that is impossible for it to learn
i.e: if that zorua knew a move only one pokemon can learn such as psystrike

I'm aware and that's a common practice. I admitted that the entire reason such a trade got through was my distraction with work, doesn't change that now I have two painfully obvious hacks from an individual who claimed to breed one of the two himself.

Also on this particular hack that wouldn't have helped. Dragonite had all possible moves along with Zorua (Scratch/Leer).

Even with my distractions using this practice would have done nothing for me.

My failure came from not demanding all the info and accepting the unreasonable info provided- and yet again my failin' isn't my worry or my concern since I didn't "lose" anything. Just the fact of blatant hacks circulating

it looks like they are legal actually. he probably just cloned them from pokecheck, hence the ribbons and otherwise legality. still, thats hacking, and illegal on SPPF trading center.

I sent him a VM telling him to post here. But from the pictures you gave it's pretty obvious that they're hacked. I'll give him a few days to post his side of the story here.
