I do understand this is an extremely rare pokemon and only a select few people have a legit one, so, Not only is my offer going to be awsome, its going to be all legit aswell ALL LEGIT, 100%
However, 3rd Party Trades (You got yours in a trade, and your trading it to me) are acceptable, even if you know it has been hacked by the sender
