Trading for lickitung

When I trade a slowbro for a lickitung with that guy in route 18, I always get a male lickitung with a relaxed nature... how am i supposed to get a female lickitung when the only one is a male...? I was thinking maybe its the same as the slowbro you trade, but my slowbro has a bashful nature. so maybe if I give him a female slowbro i'll get a female lickitung?

I think that in-game trades have fixed genders and natures. And I would hope a Lickitung named Marc is a male.

Great, I just wasted my time training a female slowpoke into a bro. (that sounded weird 0_o) I just realized I can get a female lickitung by breeding with a ditto, duh!

Just breed the Lickitung with a Ditto until you get a female (if you have got to the 4th Sevii Island)

Well, now ya know how to get a female one...by breeding with Ditto. And now since this is figured out, it can be closed.
