Trading from FR/LG to Emerald

I know that you have to beat the elite four in FR/LG to trade with Ruby and Saphire but is it the same with trading with Emerald?

Yes. Of course as R/S/E are all connected in this way.

yes in emerald you do have to beat the e4,and in frlg you need to get the ruby and saphire to celio to .
