IV's don't become gained or lost. They are permanent from once you recieve the pokemon.
EV's can only be gained unless you have emerald and then only in emerald can they be lost if you use certain berries

They do not lose any EVS. Or IVS, think of it as storing a traded pokemon in the pc, it doesnt lose any EVS.

The Pokemon's IVs/EVs won't be lost if you trade them. You can't really lose them once your Pokemon has them.

Alright, this is answered. EV's will not be lost via trade from Box.
