From Hoenn, Brace Nature, OT Saudi. I got it with sheer cold and transform, I taught it Perish Song and Lock-On
And incase you were wondering, it was caught in an ultra ball:)

That is why it has lock on and Sheer cold. As long as it survives 2 turns, it is good..There is a Shiny TRU Mew? OT of the other 2 mews?


EDIT: Wouldn't it be good against HP tanks like blissey? Blissey doesn't have high atk/sp atk, so it can take down that high amount of hp in 2 turns...
