Trading to Colosseum?

Hi!

Since I lost my GBA SP, I would like to know if Pokémon such as Gengar and Kadabra will evolve if I trade them from my R/S/E/FR/LG GBA game to my Colosseum? Also, will item-evolutions such as Onix with Metal Coat work too?

Yes they can i have a steelix and a gengar and alakazam(shiny) all from trading to col/xd

Yes they will evovle if you trade to XD and collosium, think of the gamecube pokemon games as advanced GBA pokemon games, of corse they evovle.
