Few questions regarding trading to the GBA versions of Pokemon in Colloseum.
1. Is it possible?
2. If so, how?

Yes, you can trade between Colloseum and the GBA games. However, you have to beat Evice before you can do so. After you beat Evice, go to the Pokémon Center in Phenac and go to the basement. The attendant at the desk will ask you if you want to trade Pokémon.

He is [SPOIL]the boss of Cipher[/SPOIL]. You fight him just before the credits.

Yeah, he will have.
And you know you have to have a GBA-GCN Connector Cable and a GBA as well, don't you?

Just a note, the GC-GBA connector only works with norm GBAs & SPs, not with micros or DSs.

Also on rare occansions the trade and fail and your handheld game's data can become corrupt, but luckily it loads a backup.
