Will I be able to trade Pokemon from Kanto on my Emerald to Ruby? Even though Ruby is only 15 minutes into the game? I tend to get rid of the tm glitch, and go cheat free, as I had my fun with it, and tend to be a lot more fair.

Yes but your Fire Red and/or Leaf Grean must have the Ruby and saphire plates and you also must have the network machine fixed.

Yes, you can, if your emerald has the national pokedex, which I suppose you do have since you need that to have Kanto pokemon that aren't part of the Hoenn dex. You only have to make it up to Rustboro City in Ruby, since I think that's when you're allowed to trade.

Yeah in ruby, you can trade ANY pokemon at the begining of the game.
