Okay if I am trying to make my own and am using the MS paint method how would I get the template on the screen? Copy and paste is working correctly. TIA!
For some reason, when you copy and paste sprites from sites such as PE2k and marriland, they have a black outline, it used to only effect firefox, but now it effects IE. Just save to desktop and then paste from... If that doesnt work, open them in photoshop, and copy them from there. I have sprites my friend ripped form, so I no longer have this issue, but others do =P

Okay, I do not know why this is so confusing to me but let me see if I can get this straight.
1) I find a site that has the template/sprites I want.
2) I save them into a file and paste them into MS Paint.
3) I draw rectangles on to the template in Paint and drag the sprites into them.
4) Since I don't have photoshop and if the above method doesn't work someone will have to make it for me.
If the above steps are not what I need to do then post a step-by-step instruction for me please!
