and i know that the faster you complete it the better the prize.

You can indeed only get them from the lottery/hideout. If it was possible to get a Master Ball from Trainer Hill, he wouldn't be the only one to know it.

Under 12min : elixir|12 - 13min: ether|13 - 14min: Max potion| 14 - 16min: Revive|16 - 18min: Fluffy Tail| Over 18min: Great ball|

Unique Tag Mode:
Under 12 min: TM19 - Giga Drain|12 - 13min: ether|13 - 14min: Max potion|14 - 16min: Revive|16 - 18min: Fluffy Tail| Over 18min: Great ball|

Expert Tag Mode:

I guess what has been mentioned on the main site is only for the Japanese version.
