Trainer Tower?

How do you defeat every trainer in the trainer tower? Its really really hard! I can't get past the first trainer! I can't even pass the trainer's first Pokemon! HELP, SOMEONE!

You can just get a efective team. Just try maybe to get a pokemon of every type like as your rival in firered version.

Make a balanced team, and make sure you know what your doing and up against. I completed one whole thing and it was hard.....so I know what your up against. You get a cool prize at the end though, I got an upgrade. So make sure that the stats are high, lvs are tip top shape, you have plenty of items, and stuff like that.
