It's all opinion really. Generally you would want to start out in small places, and work your way up. Sevault canyon has the highest and toughest pokemon, but there are better places for raising different pokemon, or rather, easier to knock out.

Arc Arsenal
I usually go to One Island and fight the two running karate guys, running karate girl, and the two-on-two fighters.. plus, when you run to the hot springs, and run back, your little fight-scanner-thingy is all charged up.

at the end of sevualt canyon next to the chansey dance dude and not to far away for the unowns caves there should be two trainers right next to the cabin they are hard to beat but if you give your guy the amulet coin and you face them you will get alot of experience points i recommend that one or two of the guys in your group knows earth quake because it is super effective against most of them

Um, more details please?

What places have you unlocked? (Have you got all the islands yet?)

What level are your pokemon?

What are your pokemon?

What are you traing for?

EV or just level-up?

If you're levelling up for the Elite 4, try One Island.

He's training for the E4. VS seeker is a good bet.

Wow, you should really try to balance out your team a little bit more, it is no wonder that Lorelei gives you so much trouble. 5 of your team members have a 4x weakness to Ice, the only one that doesn't is Latios, but it still has a 2x weakness to Ice. If you really want to keep this team intact the way it is, you may want to invest in some Thunderbolt and Flamethrower TMs, as well as Ice Beam for later on against Lance. You will also want plenty of Full Restores and Revives.

I'm sorry, but whoever is hyping up the Elite 4 the 2nd time around is really not doing things right gameplay wise. I just beat them again, with 2 full restores and 3 revives during the whole run. Here is the team I was using:

Arcanine: 66
Aerodactyl: 67
Blastoise: 64
Raichu: 66
Mewtwo: 72
Heracross ( Work in progress ): 36

Honestly, they're easy, just develop a mediocre strategy and counter their weaknesses and you'll be fine. Also, those Steelix's get dropped in one hit, the first one by my Arcanine with a flamethrower, the second by either another flamethrower or a Surf from Blastoise. Bruno usually doesn't damage me, because once those Steelix's are down and out, Mewtwo just sweeps the rest in one hit with Psychic.

If you have a team covering a few basic types: Fire, Thunder, Water, and Psychic, around mid-60's level, you really can't lose to them if you have a few revives and full restores. Aerodactyl is basically my wild card that does damage fast, when need be.

The one and only.
My best training places are Ceruclean cave or Sevault Canyon because of all the high leveled pokemon and trainers.
