Training Celebi

Well I have 2 Celebi from Japanese Pokemon Colosseum. The one I have decided to train has a BOLD nature, & I want to use the following moves:

Toxic or Leechseed (each has their advantages & I"m deciding here)
Psychic
Recover
Heal Bell

Basically he's going to be a little pain the rear!!! As far as EV training is concerned what are everyone's suggestions? Maybe you'd suggest a different moveset? I just spent a LONG time getting the little guy & I want to get the most out of him. His IVs at level 10 (the level you get him at) are as follows (& I hope I got this right):

HP: 15
Attack: 25
Defence: 5
Sp. Att: 15
Sp. Def: 15
Speed: 30

So I'm thinking chuck most of my EVs into HP, Sp.Def & Defence. Speed doesn't seem to be much of an issue. Anyone have any helpful ideas here? The reason I put this in the Fire Red/Leaf Green section is because I will be training him in Fire Red for the record.

-Calm Mind

Leech Seed is better than Toxic in this case. At least if you come up against a Steel type, you'll be able to do some damage.

as for EVs, what holes does your team need filled?

I'm starting a new team, as while I'm a veteran player, I'm very new to developing a team with IV/EVs, so Celebi is my starting point & I want to build the team around him.

since you can boost its special attack/special defense, i'd say dump most of the EVs into defense and HP. if Fighting_Master says an EV spread, use it.

for the record, this should've been posted in the in-game RMT forum, because that's where all the team-building questions go.

as for an actual spread, i'd say 252 HP/ 252 Defense / 6 Attack. if you really want, maybe you could take 52 out of defense and put it in SAtk.
