I'm trying to piece together a team to take with me to the tour date in april. I'll be posting the team itself in the RMT Forum, but my question here is different. I was thinking that, if I could make a team that can reliably complete the Orre Colloseum, it should have a decent chance at the tournament.

What does everybody here think? Your opinions are greatly appreciated.

I don't know, because perhaps that is why there is a different RMT for in-game and competitive means. It may have a decent chance for the tournament if you can use that team in the Orre Colosseum, but remember that in tournaments, they will have different variety of Pokémon too because tournaments comprises of human beings, not computers.

There are things that people do that computers don't. THings like switching for example. An experienced battler knows when to switch pokemon. Computers rarely ever switch, and when they do, they do it very badly. There are other things, like the fact that most computers don't have the most strategetic movesets, that is to say, the movesets usually just compliment the pokemon, not the complete team. Sure, you can use that team, but people are different than the game.
