Can someone tell me a place where I can train really well besides the pokemon league?

Sky Pillar (Lvls: 50-56) or Victory Road (Lvls: 36-42)

But it's not so great if you want to train in EV.

I have 2 secret bases: one with 6 level 100 blisseys that only know tail whip, and another with 6 level 100 gardevoirs that only know memento. combine that with a lucky egg & different OT for better leveling. This is faster than going through the elite 4 & champion.

In my ruby game, I have 6 L100 blisseys only knowing tail whip and in my sapphire game, I have 6 L100 gardevoirs only knowing memento, so I exchange records with emerald for both.

Here are also some great setups for EV training:

hp: 6 azumarils that only know tail whip
attack: 6 victreebels that only know growth
defense: 6 poliwraths that only know rain dance
sp.att: 6 gardevoirs that only know memento or
6 vileplumes that only know sweet scent
Sp.def: 6 dustox that only know string shot
speed: 6 jumpluffs that only know splash
