Transparent/White Be Gone Images

Is there a way I can take the white off an image such as the ones in my sig without using any programs (photoshop etc.) cause all I have is MS paint. Like is there any sites that you can do it with? I've been trying forever cause it's so confusing, but you might be able to do it here. It looks like you could but I don't know how. Any help/sites that do it?

As far as I know, you need a new program. The GIMP is free, so you can download that and use it.

Okay thanks. I try to stay away from that though because I have stupid dial-up so nothing ever downloads.

MS paint won't WBG. Request it in the fan art forum if there's a person that does WBG.
Or just PM the pics to me and all do it for you.

I use Paint Shop Pro for transparent gifs. You can download a free trial for 30 days (I think... I only bought the program right away after reading about it), or you can get it on Amazon.com for a very, VERY low price (Version 8 is available there used and new from only $34!). Hope this helps!
