I wanted to know before i try it but is there a way to use your GBA pokemon in Colosseum and XD story mode?

of course you can, but you have to beat the game first, then you're able to trade pokemon from Colosseum/XD games to ones from the GBA

BUt in story mode like use them in the adventure to beat the game.

There is no way you can do that. You cannot trade any Pokemon into the game until after you beat it. If you want, you can use the team you trade over to beat Evice again, but you can't use any outside Pokemon while the storyline is still unfolding.
