Taking out 5 energy won't help at all. No deck ever needs more than 22 energy. And most use 16-18.

Oh, by the way, as of after the 2008 pokemon championships the new modified format took out everything that isn't diamond and pearl related along with POP series 4 and 5 boosters, so you might need 2 rethink that deck

I said "No deck needs that many". You can have more than that, your deck just won't be as good.

You can only have 4 cards with the same name in a deck. Lv.X isn't part of the name so you can't have that many Glaceion.

Thats true. Plus, are you really going to need two LvX Glaceons in the same deck? I'm saving up to get an Empoleon LvX tin and I'm not considering getting two. (Firstly I don't have enough money to buy two tins and secondly, if i did buy another one it would be for the boosters, not the LvX.)

I prefer to keep 70+ hp card so that they can continue the game when no basic Pokemon cards are around.Oh yeah,additions-

And I think I'll get the Blissey and Glaceon on the 7th of this month.Then Ill run a new decklist.

Alot of people like Mismagius. It's second attack is very good.
