First you need a freeloader for yout gamecube to update it to play imported games.Now you need a jappennese colleseum and beat the game.Purify all 48 pokemon.Now you need a jappennese colleseum bonus disk.And a jappennese emerald to downlad celebii to.Then you get you american emerald and 2 gameboys to trade the celebi from the japan emerald to the other emerald and you have celebi!

freeloaders are at my local game shop, game junkie, but sorry, theres only one gamejunkie and its in ohio. Im sure they are at other places to

You can download all the top 20, as they're called for nothing. All you have to do is go down there. And i'm pretty sure they're at lvl 5 when you download them. There trainer ID will be "10 ANV" with an ID of like 10000
or something.
And you get deoxys with the aurora ticket and birth island.
